Sara Faghani Murphy is the creative soul behind Painted Lane. She is an abstract artist designer and poetry lover. After graduating from Tehran University of Art in 2000, she moved to California, USA where she currently resides with her daughter and a pup. 

She specializes in many mediums, including Acrylic, Oil, Alcohol Ink and Watercolor.

No matter the medium her art is inspired by poetry, nature, ocean and the beauty around her. Her work is organic and dynamic and her bright color palette is inspired by her everyday surroundings.
