Return Policy
All sales are final. Please review pictures and product descriptions carefully - request additional information if needed before purchasing.
Commissioned or custom art cannot be returned either. The final process of a commissioned painting is for the client to carefully review and approve the work before shipping.
Once the painting is paid for and shipped, no return is accepted.
Who owns the rights to Painted Lane art?
The artist rights are protected by the Federal Copyright Act of 1976 and the Federal Visual Rights Act of 1990. Sara Murphy the artist behind Painted Lane studio, retains all rights to her artwork. This included both sold and commissioned original paintings. Purchase of the artwork does not transfer the copyright.The copyright to produce the works in copies, or to use the image as desired is retained by the Artist unless the collector has purchased the full or partial rights to the artwork.
The collector may not copy, modify, distribute the artwork without the permission of the artist.
